Since the farm that was homestead by Forbis Family in the late 1800s has been sold we will sell the following at a public auction.

Single Wide Home

1968-A single wide house trailer to be moved. The single wide consisting of 12’x 60’ is a work in progress. Has new wiring, drain, & water lines! Home is being remodeled at present time. This singlewide has the frame, wheels, & tongue there for real easy move! Will make a real nice hunting cabin or lodge. Home must be moved in 30 days no exceptions! 3bd 1 bath includes a front deck.
